# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It takes less time than ordering takeout and tastes twice as good.
  • You can use whatever cooked chicken you have on hand, no fancy prep required.
  • The crispy flatbread holds up to all the toppings without getting soggy.
  • Kids and adults both demolish these, which makes weeknight dinners so much easier.
02 -
  • Do not overload the flatbread with toppings or it will get soggy in the middle and never crisp up properly.
  • If your oven runs hot, check the flatbreads at the 10 minute mark to avoid burning the edges.
  • Let the flatbreads rest for a minute after baking, cutting them immediately makes all the toppings slide off.
03 -
  • Toast the flatbreads in the oven for 2 minutes before adding toppings if they seem soft, this prevents a soggy center.
  • Use two baking sheets if your flatbreads do not fit comfortably on one, crowding them traps steam and ruins the crisp.
  • Taste your BBQ sauce before using it, if it is too sweet add a splash of apple cider vinegar to balance it out.
