# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything comes together in one bowl with minimal cooking, making it perfect for those nights when you want something satisfying but dont want to turn on the oven
  • The combination of salty salami, creamy provolone, and tangy pepperoncini creates those addictive Italian deli flavors that make everyone keep coming back for seconds
02 -
  • Dress this salad right before serving or the lettuce will start to wilt under the acidic dressing
  • The salad needs at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator after tossing to let the flavors meld together
03 -
  • Let your chopped chicken and salami sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes before assembling so they're not ice cold
  • Use a really large bowl even if it seems too big, you need the space to toss everything properly without making a mess
