# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • You can pour it straight from the blender and feel like you’re on vacation, even in your own backyard.
  • The mix of pineapple and coconut never tastes too heavy, making it a go-to for lazy afternoons or unexpected guests.
02 -
  • Once, I forgot to shake the coconut milk and ended up with separated layers in my glass—always give it a good shake.
  • Letting the drink sit too long with ice can water down the flavor, so serve fast or strain into chilled glasses.
03 -
  • Blending a little extra lime juice cuts the sweetness if your pineapple is super ripe.
  • The secret is in chilling every ingredient; room temperature drinks simply fall flat.
